Cancellation policy :

If a trip is cancelled 90 days prior to scheduled departure date, there is no cancellation fee and the amount paid will be refunded .

If a trip is cancelled less then 90 days but more then 60 days prior to scheduled departure date, cancellation fee is 30% of total costs.

If a trip is cancelled less then 60 days but more then 30 days before scheduled departure date, cancellation fee is 50% of total costs.

If a trip is cancelled less then 30 days before scheduled departure date, cancellation fee is 100% of total costs.

If you wish us to confirm this trip, we will need you to make a bank transfer to our account before deadline provided by the operation (25 December 2008)
