另外，要求我们提供所有潜水员的信息。之前填的那个表已经cover大部分要求的信息了。

所以，还没有填表发给我的人，以及填表信息不全的，请尽快发给我。谢谢。

We are pleased to inform you that the following reservation is confirmed.
However in order for the voucher for the package to be sent to you we need
you to acknowledge that the details on the confirmation below are correct.

Without this acknowledgement from you , you will not be sent the voucher for
your dive package. Therefore please check the details below at your earliest
convenience. Once we have received your return email the voucher will
normally be issued within five working days.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that
both inbound and outbound flights / connections allow ample time for any
transfers that may be required.

Furthermore it is the Customers responsibility to ensure that the Dive
Operation knows where they are to be collected from if transfers are part of
the package.

For diving equipment rental you must inform Save Money Diving at least 7
days prior to departure or contact the Dive Operation directly via the
telephone number supplied on your voucher.



You have settled payment directly with www.save-money-diving.com for your
dive package.
All additional incidental expenses will be settled with the dive operation
directly.


Cancellation Policy:

A 10% administration fee and bank charges must be added to the following
cancellation fees:

If  a trip is cancelled 90 days prior to scheduled departure date, there is
no cancellation fee and the amount paid will be refunded .
If a trip is cancelled less then 90 days but more then 60 days prior to
scheduled departure date, cancellation fee is 30% of total costs.
If a trip is cancelled  less then 60 days but more then 30 days before
scheduled departure date, cancellation fee is 50% of total costs.
If a trip is cancelled less then 30 days before scheduled departure date,
cancellation fee is 100% of total costs
