红海计划 - 更多的信息

昨天和小平在msn上聊天,他说在新加坡打了SMD的电话,但那个电话和地址只是个秘书公司提供的服务,用来做客服和收邮件的。接电话的小姑娘是秘书公司的,而不是SMD的员工。她也承认SMD出了问题,也收到很多要求退款的电话。

于是,小平出个主意:还是要船公司再出一份voucher,这样保险一点。于是下午发了一封邮件给船公司。

下班就收到Tori(info@tornadomarinefleet.com)的回信如下:

Thank you for the schedule containing details of your group. In addition, could you please send the following information:

· Cabin allocations
This can be done by marking guests with numbers through 1 to 11 and I will allocate cabins accordingly

· Dietary Requirements
Any allergies or dislikes any of your party may have. If your group has a preference i.e. no fried food, we will do our best to accommodate

· Medical Questionnaire
Each guest must complete a medical questionnaire (attached) either before arrival or on the boat. If there is a yes on the questionnaire a medical certificate from a physician must be attached. This is a Red Sea Regulation for any southern route

· Transfers
Details of the transfer company you are using are required so that we can liaise directly with them regarding timing. If you would like us to arrange the transfer for you please let me know

· Flights
Please forward the flight details of your group

· Voucher

We have not been asked to provide a booking confirmation voucher before but we will create one this week for your group and send to you directly

With regard to the Marine Park Fees I have agreed with our Accounts Department that you will pay on the boat. Although, we can accept credit cards we do not have a secure method for you to send the details so we would be reluctant to accept this type of payment.

总体来说,他们愿意提供一个voucher,但是没有现成的,所以这周之内准备一个然后发给我。

然后需要我们提供更多的信息包括:
1. 大家对食物有什么忌口的,或者有什么喜爱的,提早告诉他们,他们好早做准备。
2. 谁想和谁一个舱的,也可以提出
3. 有个医疗免责书,可以在船上填,也可以提前填好。有需要的联系我,发给大家。
4. 接送和航班信息--这个我们确定之后再给船公司
